A Message to our Clients, Associates, and Friends,

Given the anxiety and uncertainty we are all dealing with related to the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to personally reach out to you, our valued clients and business partners to update you on the actions that our office is taking, and how those actions might affect any transactions being handled by our office.

We are following the direction of the both the Provincial and Federal governments, as well as receiving guidance from our governing bodies. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest possible level of customer service and want you to know that we have established protocols to allow us to continue that service while ensuring the safety of our clients, colleagues, and team members remains paramount.

For our clients who have pending transactions, at this stage, we remain committed to completing these matters as scheduled. We have made the following changes to our procedures:

In the event that further direction is given by the Provincial or Federal governments, we will be proactive in adjusting our practices accordingly. If there comes a time that the banks or the land registry office close, our ability to complete real estate transactions as scheduled may be limited.
As always, we will work with all parties involved in an attempt to extend closing dates to ensure your transaction moves forward with little complication or disruption. We ask for your understanding in this process.
